'scoreboard.c in the Apache HTTP Server 2.2.21 and earlier might allow local users to cause a denial of service (daemon crash during shutdown) or possibly have unspecified other impact by modifying a certain type field within a scoreboard shared memory segment, leading to an invalid call to the free function.'
This issue was resolved in a backported fix. Current up to date versions not affected.
This issue was resolved in httpd-2.2.3-63.el5 (ClearOS 5.x) and httpd-2.2.15-15.el6_2.1 (ClearOS 6.x). Current versions meet or exceed this minor release.
