I have added a couple of 'Basic Rules' under the Bandwidth Manager for SIP traffic. The problem I am having is that it appears like the rule has been added correctly, but nothing shows up in the 'Service' column. Other rules I have created (e.g. HTTP, FTP, etc.) appear in that column, but not for the rules where I selected SIP. It does not appear to matter what the mode, direction, rate or greed is set to.

It may be that the rule is actually working fine and that the service is not just not listed properly. We have a fast enough connection (around 40down/8-10up) that I may not be able to tell whether or not the rule is working properly most of the time.

Anyone else having this problem?

I am running ClearOS Community 6.4.0 (Final)

I am attaching a screen shot to show what is missing. The four entries missing the service are all SIP. It appears all other services display properly. http://www.clearfoundation.com/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/SIPMissing.png

By the way, I just realized that it looks like the rule has been added in the /etc/clearos/firewall.conf file, so I suspect it is working fine. I would think it would be just with something inside of 'Bandwidth Manager'.
