What do you want? Just an ftp server to upload your camera pictures or a full solution like ZoneMinder? Both are possible. The first is pretty simple, just setting up a user with flexshare access and enabling the FTP server. I also had to set up a cron job to keep the history under control. I also tried ZoneMinder and it was OK, but I did not really need a full server app.
