Hello everybody,
I have resently installed ClearOS 6.4 for the first time so im all new to this.
I have bought a HP Proliant Microserver N54L and was looking for a stable and easy to maintain OS.
And have i found that .
Afther some problems whit the database's (i forgot to update the system) i am now up and running.
i have running on here.
Primary domain controller.
ftp
fileshare
website
mail (zarafa and smtp)
Here are my questions
Can the url be changed that is used to acces zarafa webacces.
Now it is https://ip-adres/webaccess/ and i want it to be something like http://mail.my-domain.com.
Second question on the webinterface i noticed zarafa is doing pop3 and imap but no smtp so i installed the smtp server.
do i also need to install the pop3 imap server under clearos or is this done completely by zarafa ?
Thank you all for the great work and for helping me out.
Whit reguards Frans Ceelen

There are no less than 4 different email server options currently on ClearOS (may be more in the future as well).
This guide illustrates the differences. For example, the SMTP server app is required for 3 of the 4 solutions:

Hi Frans,
Yes you can edit the web server configuration at /etc/httpd/conf.d/zarafa-webaccess.conf, but will be specific to your web server configuration
Zarafa Gateway handles POP and IMAP access to your mailbox. Don't install the free IMAP/POP server as well as they conflict with each other. Yes you need to install the SMTP server to handle mail. The SMTP server handles everything that goes in and out of your box, and is required for a proper functioning mail server
