Hi All.

I use CleaOS just to monitor the usage on my line etc.

I used to be able to play World of Warcraft without an issue for months now, then suddenly is wont let me connect.
I have managed to get it working using another internet connection that is not running through the firewall.
After doing a bit of research, The only conclusion i can come to is that the firewall is somehow blocking the connection, I really am a Newbie to this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot!

It is no longer available from the marketplace, but did you have miniupnpd installed? If so, is it running? You can check with a:
    service miniupnpd status
    and start it with a:
    service miniupnpd start
To make it auto-start in future, do a:
    chkconfig miniupnpd on

I can confirm that World of Warcraft works fine behind ClearOS. My wife and her 75+ year old mother have been pwning treat buckets in Outlands today. There was some confusion about which bucket to get in Shattrath but that was because one of them was with The Scryers faction and the other was with Aldor.

For sure, there are settings that you can enable in the firewall and in the application filter that will block World of Warcraft. In addition, if you are using multi-WAN you will want to make it so your PC does not participate in load balancing. You can 'home' your PC to one or the other ISP by setting the source preference for your WoW workstation. Then it will only change over in an outage.
