Can you check that you have one ClearOS NIC defined as External and that it has internet connectivity? If you are in Standalone mode you still use "External" for your NIC.

Hi Nick yes I did use two NICs one as bridged and another one as external. My connectivity has internet access. Thanks for prompt answer. Best regards.

So the external NIC has internet connectivity? WHen you say bridged, bridged with what or bridged in VirtualBox (and, again with what)?

Are you connecting via a proxy?

Yes bridged in virtualbox, with the hostage. No not in a proxy.

btw I also used bridged modus when configuring my ClearOS test server in Virtualbox.

Have you tried to ping for example google.com from your ClearOS server?
