Thanks and i will have to start asking to clean my doubts, im trying to install clearos 7x it installs ok till i get on the screen "system registration" it begins to search for registration information and says unable to contact remote server. Im using virtual box.

Yes bridged in virtualbox, with the hostage. No not in a proxy.
btw I also used bridged modus when configuring my ClearOS test server in Virtualbox.
Have you tried to ping for example google.com from your ClearOS server? -
