I am trying to create a PDC server to a test windows network, but computers can not log into the domain.
The server use version 7 final, the client is Windows 7 32bit (clean install without antivirus firewall). (both are VM)

The server does not appear in the list of computers in Server/File/Windows Networking (Samba). (I think it's a error)
I installed only Directory Server and Windows Networks (Samba), and created an admin user.
I checked the logs, but did not see anything that might give a clue.

The server name is server.ardo.lan and windows domais is ARDO
In Windows 7 the error message is:
Error while trying to entry in the field "ardo".
The specified domain does not exist or can not be contacted.

Does anyone have an idea I'm doing

create a log file (executable) simply open a notepad and paste the contents below:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Now save the file with the .reg extension, for example Win7.reg.
Once you have saved, it is only run on the machines you want to insert the field.
After changing the registry or run the file, RESTART the computer ... This is very important.
Once you have restarted, attempt to insert the machine in the domain ... You will receive a beautiful message that your machine is in its domain.
