Hi everyone

as of this morning, I suddenly had a Remote Server Backup failure. The only thing that I have done in the last day is install a third WAN interface - coincidence? I don't know.

The error message I am getting is :

Last Error: Operation failed, read [CONNECT_CONTROL]

The contents of rbs_quickpick_cyrus-backup.ini are :

text = User Mailboxes

enabled = 1
mode = 1

I would not know if that is right or not.

The service then just spins saying "Connecting to cloud servers " endlessly, until I exit, which the generates an error in sys log.

The error immediately following this in the system log is:

Oct 5 21:27:46 firewall engine: error: PHP deprecated: /usr/clearos/apps/remote_backup/views/logs.php (50): Function split() is deprecated.

I have tried uninstalling the RBS app, and re-installing , but no difference - I did notice that the app reinstalls ver 1.5.26-1 and will not update to ver 1.5.34-1 if I try to upgrade from marketplace.

Any help appreciated.
