Hi everyone,
The Serviio Media Server version 1.5.2 for ClearOS 7 is now possible to test for those that are interested. The packages are still not sitting in the correct repos, so be careful of doing this if you are planning to have your ClearOS beta3 up and running for some time as the packages will be moved around.

To install type the following at the command line:
yum install app-serviio

If that does not work, the neccessary packages might not yet be in the right place... If so, try:
yum install app-serviio --enablerepo=clearos-centos,clearos-epel

You will then find Serviio under the "Server -> File" heading in the ClearOS webgui.

Even though this is the same Serviio version that is already in ClearOS 6 this installation will be capable of MUCH more! :)
Examples of new functionallity:
- Support getting media over SSL (https, and not only http)
- Subtitle support when doing transcoding of the media file
- Support of HEVC/h265

/Fred

Serviio isnt showing anything in the mediabrowser. Have it configured to a flexshare, license installed and its showing empty.
