Stuck with registration

I try to install ClearOS in a virtual machine but I'm stuck with the registration screen. It want to load the registration information but then a message with "Error Match not found in file". Someone knows what's going on?

Edit: The server is set as Standalone no firewall, external. I have internet connectivity. I pinged Google.nl

When you install ClearOS in a Virtual Machine First register your ClearOS software before you update your VM with yum update. If you do not register you experience the problems I had that the installer gives a error during loading the registration page.
