You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Piet, looks like you are pulling in some el6 packages there, do you have the clearos-epel repo enabled or some other third party?

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for your help!

It seems that clear-contribs was enabled.

The update went well after disabling clearos-contribs.

    Best regards,

    Piet

Hi Piet that's strange as only a handful of packages live in clearos-contribs,

Looks like it might be because perl-CPAN-1.9402-136.el6_6.1.x86_64.rpm lives in the clearos-core repo, and could have been blocking the upgrade. Do you have this repo enabled?

    Hi Tim,

I had this one enabled. But I am sure it was disabled during the first update, which failed.

    Piet.
