Thanks so much for your time and effort, Ben! Used this since the clarkconnect days and now setting it up in a vmware host also running FreePBX for the phones. All looking good so far.

Looks like you installed the core package (via dependency elsewhere) while having the clearos-updates repo enabled which has a newer version than the packages in verified updates, and now you need the matching app-certificate-manager that goes with it (but your clearos-updates repo is disabled - as it should be if you're on Business Edition).
