I was using 6.4 with a small LAB test IPTV Solution , with 500User that is 500 Settopboxes , the strange situation is few days ago I try to login true WEB Interface in which I notice was very slow to connect to the WEB Interface , I login and did the setup in need to, I reboot the Clear OS profesional when it come back online , on my LCD screen after boot CLEAR Logo was a CURSOR and the Web login page was not coming up , I reboot few times, then after i reboot for 2nd time, then I CAN't even Login true Internet PAGE CAN"T Load, but I was still can acess Internet.
I install 6.4 64bit and have same problem after installation was done , same Cursor and NO login Page..
I download 6.4 but 32bit and installation was sucerfully, but i lost all my setting from my previus Install 6.4 64bit.
how i can get this previus install and get the old setting???

The Configuration Backup tool can be used to backup and restore system settings. Here's the User Guide link:

If you are subscribed to the Remote Backup Service, there's a configuration backup done daily. For a ClearOS Professional system, submit a support request via your online account and they can help you with the restore.
