How do I delete files that were used to transfer from a Windows server that have now been moved to their correct folders?
I get 'You require permission from Unix User\root to make changes to this file"

    Just bumped into this old post. Use WinSCP logged on as root or if they are easy to isolate, change their ownership to the correct user with WinSCP or the command line, then delete them as normal. Are they in shares?
