Hi
I am attempting to install our wildcard ssl, i have the cert, ca (as.pem files) and private key (as a .key file).
When i try to install these via the certificate manager it errors out with the following error.
Ooops!
Invalid file detected.

Am i missing a trick here?

Please can someone advise on installing our certs.

Pete

    Had the same fight,...
    - Skip the CA certificate .
Only enter Your cert. and the key - Worked for me.

If these are from a third party SSL provider, then you only need the Certificate File and Key File. Give that a try.

    Peter,

    Thanks for your reply.

    They are production SSL certs.

They are being used on current web servers with no issues.

Please advise how you want me to proceed

    Hi Peter

It looks like the Certificate Manager doesn't like the format of one or more of the certificate files. Are you creating your own certificates? If so, could you generated a throwaway batch of certificates and send it as an e-mail attachment to developer@clearfoundation.com? We'll then be able to duplicate the issue.
