Hi All

I have a clearos 6.5 community server on a clients site, with mx records pointing to it. with their previous provider they had a cpanel server that did the" unrouted mail goes to xx@domain.com" i want to setup the same on the clearos server so if someone sends an email to jo@domain.com instead of joe@domain.com then it must go to a certain mailbox on the server.

    actually got a workaround http://tecadmin.net/setup-catch-all-email-account-in-postfix/

@example.com myuser <-----your new unrouted mail mailbox
info@example.com info<------- the rest of your email accounts
    support@example.com support

not the perfect solution but it works ;)

    Hi Nick

Thanks, you dont perhaps know if we can manipulate postfix into doing this as clearos is using postfix for mail?

Rereading your original post I think I misunderstood. I thought you wanted to route jo@example.com to joe@example.com. I don't know how to set up a catch-all mailbox.

Use the alias facility in the user set up in the Webconfig.
