I have been trying to install packages from the repository but i am getting

Hey Tim Burgess,Thanks for your reply.
but for every mirror i am getting the same response.I am based in India.But for the first time when i installed i was able to install all the packages,using the graphical mode itself.But after a couple of reinstall its showing this.So is it possible to create a local repo?
i tried yum clean all after that i tried yum update,this is the response i got:
