ERROR on system registration

Hi everyone I need your help I can not register my Clear OS I have the next message:

"Failed to lookup IP addresses for the Service Delivery Network. Either your connection is down or invalid DNS servers are configured on this system."

I do not understand why I have this error if someone can explain to me please.
