Well, I don't have any idea what set the auto updater, which did not update all updatedable modules (unless there was a big update after 3am EDT). So I turned it off.

But that was not enough as in had to enable the update repo in clearos.repo to get the matching version of app-certificate-manager.

All is good now and flexshares is installed.
